After finishing student life every graduate wants to get a job to support his daily needs and his family.But this seems to be the most daunting work to get a job immediately after finishing graduation. Everyone seems to be in a tremendous pressure after completing graduation. He needs to find a way for supporting his family,his relatives , parents r dependent on him, so extra pressure is added,even he has the thought in his mind “if I cannot get a job this year will it possible to get a job next year competing with a whole new group of graduates?” .They don’t know where to start. So they need to find a way to get out of the pressure. A plan will help him focusing his ideas and energies into positive results, without a plan he’ll be jumping from one idea to the next with no true direction or chance of a realistic end product and graduate jobs is dream for them.
First he should present himself as a lucrative product to the job offering company so that the company is interested in giving him job.he needs to

• Understand what is he looking for
• Have a good idea on computer based skills such as microsoft word,powerpoint etc
• Needs to present himself as a good package

He can have some tests to justify his quality.Needs to be smart, punctual and should have the quality to answer to the point.He needs to be stay focused and of strong mentality.If the applicant has some previous part time work experience he should add it to the CV, and it will be very helpful to make an impression to the company.
After getting prepared he needs to search for a available jobs, he can search in:

• references
Then he needs to make some study about the company he is going to appy for job,he needs to know about his work,he should make a good impression so thar the employers are inspired to give him job.He should have

• Good relaxed posture and a firm but brief handshak
• Eye contact at all times
• Smile and maintain an open body posture
If he put a pretty good impression on the employers and gets the job then he needs to think wheither he is taking it or not, he should think about his future career and expectations from the job & if everything is ok he should make the deal with the company.
